Dr Benzi Interviews Davis and Connie Phinney

Davis is one of America's most celebrated bicyclists and founder of the Davis Phinney Foundation (DPF), an organization committed to helping people with Parkinson's live well today. His wife is a gold medal-winning bicyclist, speed-skater and co-founder of DPF. Together they have brought their energy and enthusiasm for victories to the world of Parkinson's disease and created a unique and inspiring organization. I interviewed them in October 2021 for the International Neuropalliative Care Annual Meeting to learn more about their approach to advocacy and what they've learned personally about living with a serious neurologic illness.
